Hours and Location

We're a small practice that handles everything from scheduling to checking insurance benefits, billing, and treatment. The fastest way to schedule is using online scheduling, even for a phone consult. If you can’t find a time in online booking, please reach out by text. We reserve extra slots not listed for urgent chiropractic visits, special circumstances, and new patients. The fastest way to communicate about scheduling is texting the main office number since we can reply to a text faster than listening to a voicemail and returning a phone call around patient visits: 503-656-1415. Or use the text feature in the bottom right corner of this screen.

Patients are typically scheduled within the following hours: 

• Mondays-Thursdays from 1:30-7:00 pm

These hours are subject to change. Additional appointments outside of these hours may be available, however morning hours are not currently offered and are not planned at this time.

Primary administrative days when we respond to questions:

• Monday mornings
• Thursday mornings
• Friday mornings

During administrative time we check benefits for patients using insurance, follow up with patients that needed additional information or referrals, handle billing insurance, receive payments, and submit pre-authorizations.
