I’m a solo practice and handle everything from scheduling to checking insurance benefits, billing, and treatment. The fastest way to schedule is using online scheduling, even for a phone consult. If you can’t find a time in online booking, please reach out. I reserve extra slots not listed for urgent chiropractic visits, special circumstances, and new patients. The fastest way to communicate about scheduling is texting the main office number since I can reply to a text faster than listening to a voicemail and returning a phone call: 503-656-1415.  Note: please do not share your medical information in a text. It is not a secure method for communicating health information. 

Patients are scheduled within the following hours: 

  • Tuesdays from 1:30-7:30 pm
  • Wednesdays from 2-7 pm
  • Thursdays from 1:30-7:30 pm
  • Fridays from 2-7 pm

These hours are subject to change. Additional appointments outside of these hours may be available, however morning hours are not currently offered and are not planned at this time.

Administrative days:

  • Mondays
  • Wednesday mornings
  • Friday mornings

During administrative time I check benefits for patients using insurance, follow up with patients that needed additional information or referrals, handle billing insurance, receive payments, and submit pre-authorizations.

Inside Thrive Yoga and Wellness in Oregon City

Dr. Stefanie Krupp / Sustainable Alignment is located within Thrive Yoga and Wellness in Oregon City. 

During yoga sessions, the front door may be unlocked and accessible. However, much of the time we keep the doors to this building locked and unlock them when we expect our clients and patients to arrive.

Please use either the front entrance on 7th St or the entrance into Thrive from the parking lot with my sign at the door (the side door closest to the trash cans located on JQ Adams St). There are Ring doorbells adhered to a sign at the front entrance (to the left of the window) and to the lower right corner of the sign facing the parking lot. Please be patient for me to respond (give me 30-60 seconds) as I may be in the middle of a patient visit. I'm able to communicate through the Ring doorbell when needed so you know I am there and can unlock the door for you. The front entrance has an overhang so is best to use if it is raining.
