A required first step before your first visit. In this 20-minute phone conversation, Dr. Stefanie will hear your primary health concerns and challenges, identify preliminary patterns, and help you understand what it looks like when your body finally gets to work with you instead of against you. You leave with a clear sense of whether this practice is the right fit, and if it isn’t, Dr. Stefanie will point you toward who on your care team would serve you best. The $40 fee is applied to your first visit when you move forward.
