Some plans have out of network coverage. I am not currently in network with Medicaid or OHP Plans or Moda.

I am a participating provider with Medicare Part B, which only covers spinal adjustments for limited conditions. Other Medicare plans may cover more aspects of your chiropractic treatment.

Please reach out to confirm your insurance is accepted and what is covered. Every plan is different and it is up to the patient to know their coverage. I will try my best to help navigate how your insurance handles chiropractic care and therapeutic services. I try to verify your insurance benefits prior to your first visit to find out the details about your chiropractic and therapy coverage and contact you prior to your visit so you are informed about your coverage, too. Not all services and conditions are covered for chiropractic under insurance. This is especially true for Medicare plans.

Many insurance plans do not cover "maintenance", "tune up" or preventative chiropractic care. Maintenance therapy is defined (per Chapter 15, Section 30.5.B. of the Medicare Benefits Policy Manual) as a treatment plan that seeks to prevent disease, promote health, and prolong and enhance the quality of life; or therapy that is performed to maintain or prevent deterioration of a chronic condition. This may mean that depending on the reason for your chiropractic visit, your insurance benefits may not cover the cost of your care.

To help patients navigate the challenges of insurance coverage, I participate in the ChiroHealth USA network, which helps make chiropractic care more affordable.

Motor Vehicle Accident / Personal Injury

If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you'll provide your medical claim information for your auto accident case at your first visit. This would include the insurance company, medical claim # (note this is likely different than your auto claim # - let your auto insurance company know you have been injured and are going to see a medical provider/chiropractor), your adjuster's name and contact information.

Self-Pay

For those that opt to pay for their visits without using insurance, if you've exhausted your benefits, or if your care doesn't meet the medical necessity guidelines for your insurance plan, I participate in the ChiroHealthUSA network to help keep ongoing chiropractic care more affordable.
