✨ Our Transition to a Direct Care Model ✨
For the past couple of years, I’ve partnered with insurance companies to make care accessible. Over time, I’ve seen how those systems limit what I can offer, how often, and how deeply I can serve.
To give every patient the time, attention, and individualized care they truly deserve, Sustainable Alignment is moving to a Direct Care (cash-based) model.
This shift means:
-
Focused one-on-one care — time spent on your true healing, not on what an insurance company defines as “covered treatment”
-
Transparent pricing — no surprise bills or confusing codes
-
Freedom to create the best treatment plan for your unique needs — not limited to the minimum standards of what insurance allows
-
Flexible scheduling and wellness options designed around you
I’m currently transitioning out of contracts with most insurance networks, including Kaiser, Providence, and Regence. During this period, you may still see my name listed as a participating provider, but that will change as contracts conclude.
If you’ve been a patient under an insurance plan, please know I’ll personally help you understand your options and make this transition as smooth as possible. For plans that offer out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill so you can submit your claim for possible reimbursement.
This new model lets me serve in full alignment with my values — giving you care that’s personal, present, and guided by purpose.
Direct Care means better care, simpler systems, and a stronger focus on your results — not the stress of billing delays, audits, or chasing payments.
It allows me to dedicate my energy where it belongs — with you, in the healing process.
Motor Vehicle Accident / Personal Injury
If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you'll provide your medical claim information for your auto accident case at your first visit. This would include the insurance company, medical claim # (note this is likely different than your auto claim # - let your auto insurance company know you have been injured and are going to see a medical provider/chiropractor), your adjuster's name and contact information.
Self-Pay
I participate in the ChiroHealthUSA network to help keep ongoing chiropractic care more affordable.
