Context Matters
Your health is shaped by how you live, where you live, how you work, your exposure to toxins and trauma, to sunlight, to negativity, to money stress, to what's actually on your plate, to the screens you can't put down.
When a clinician addresses only the presenting complaint and not the environment producing it, the work doesn't hold. You leave the office and walk back into the same conditions. The body recalibrates to what it's surrounded by.
Not all of that is stress in the same way. Some of it is physical, some mental, some emotional, some of it runs deeper than any single word really covers. Not all stress is even bad, some of it sharpens you. But your body doesn't sort the stress that's building you from the stress that's wearing you down, it just keeps recalibrating to whatever it's surrounded by, the good and the bad alike.
Context Matters is a workshop series built to help you see the full picture, the soup of factors you're living in, not just the moment you show up in a doctor's office. Your total environment is part of your clinical picture. It has always been part of your clinical picture.
Most healthcare conversations just don't go there. These workshops do.
The Series
Context Matters is a monthly workshop series, not always in the same place or the same format. Some sessions happen in person at the office, some run live online, and some might show up in a shape you haven't seen yet. Each one takes a single variable that shapes your health outside the clinical setting and helps you find your own impact and act on what you find.
