    The Health of Your Home

Your home is your most constant environment. You sleep in it, recover in it, breathe it in thousands of times a day. But what if the air inside your home is quietly working against your health?

Most people never think about indoor air quality until something goes wrong. A diagnosis. A mold discovery. A symptom that just won't go away. We're flipping that script.

In this live session, chiropractor Dr. Stefanie Krupp joins an air quality expert from Oregon Healthy Homes to explore what your environment is actually doing to your nervous system, your inflammation levels, and your body's ability to heal.

    What You'll Discover

    • What common indoor air quality issues actually feel like in your body

    • The link between your home environment and symptoms like fatigue, tension, and poor sleep

    • What Oregon Healthy Homes looks for, and why catching it early matters

    • Simple first steps to assess and improve the air you're breathing at home
