What's in your air, water, and walls

Workshop June 20: The Energy of Your Space

    Stefanie Krupp
    June 2, 2026

Most people have never measured what they are actually living in.

Your home is not a neutral container. The air circulating through your rooms, the electromagnetic load moving through your walls, the microbial environment in your materials, the water running through your pipes. These are measurable inputs to your biology. For most people they go unmeasured for the entire duration of their life.

This is the first Context Matters workshop.

Context Matters is a monthly in-person series at the office. Each session takes one variable that shapes your health outside the clinical setting and helps you identify personal impacts and act on what you find.

The series runs most months through the year and builds a permanent library of content on the website.

    The Energy of Your Space

    Saturday, June 20th | 2–4pm
Sustainable Alignment, 2190 SE Oak Grove Blvd, Milwaukie

Dr. Bobby Jones of Spaces Within (thespaceswithin.com) is a retired chiropractor of 23 years and an Associate Practitioner of BioGeometry Environmental Home Solutions. BioGeometry is a science-based framework for detecting and restoring natural energy balance through shape-induced resonance. Dr. Bobby will demonstrate what a BG-EHS assessment looks like in an actual space, and you will have the opportunity to experience a correction firsthand.

For the curious ones, there is a lot to measure. I will do a quick walk through of air quality monitoring, including particulate matter, VOCs, radon, and CO2; EMF readings that distinguish radiofrequency from extremely low frequency fields and dirty electricity; ERMI and EMMA mold testing and what those indices mean for your immune and neurological load; and water quality panels covering heavy metals, chlorine byproducts, PFAS, and mineral balance. Reviewing these is how context becomes clinical and actionable.

To go deeper on what your environment is contributing to your health picture, book a 1:1 Environmental Context Assessment with Dr. Stefanie.

Bring your phone. Bring your watch. That is part of the conversation.

You will leave familiar with ways to measure the health of your space. Registration is $20. Space is limited.

The Creative Kid Market runs 10am–noon on Saturday, June 20 in the grassy area behind Awakening Coffee and Taphouse next door — free, made by kids, sponsored by Literacy Kid Lounge and Bookshop. Worth a stop before lunch.

Grab lunch at Awakening or one of the local restaurants on Oak Grove, then take a walk on the Trolley Trail before the workshop starts at 2pm.

After the workshop, BrainTap sessions and IonCleanse foot detox are available by reservation at the office. Book here. Oak Grove Tavern opened recently, one block away, and most people don't know it's there yet. Outdoor patio. Worth checking out after the workshop.

Context Matters is built around what participants are actually living with. If there is a topic you want explored in a future session, submit it here.
