Important Updates to My Practice & What This Means for Your Care
Now that I'm settled into the new Milwaukie space, I've been reflecting on how I can continue offering the level of care you've come to rely on—care that is intentional, unhurried, deeply personalized, and aligned with true healing.
To support this next chapter, I will be transitioning out of in-network insurance over the coming months. This shift allows me to provide care that isn't limited by insurance restrictions and gives you access to the full spectrum of tools, time, and support that create lasting change.
My goal is to keep you fully informed, supported, and prepared throughout this process.
1. Insurance Changes Beginning January 1st
Starting January 1st, I will be out of network with:
• Kaiser / Heraya / CHP
• Providence
• Cigna
• HealthNet
Starting February 6th, I will be out of network with:
• United Healthcare (including UMR, GEHA, Medica, Medicare Advantage)
• Devoted Health
As of March 15th:
• Moda
As of April 1, 2026:
• PacificSource
Blue Cross Blue Shield (Regence, Premera, Federal Blue) has some restrictions. Those will be communicated with patients that it applies to.
I will continue to keep this list updated as I receive confirmation dates.

2. Why This Change Is Happening
To offer the high-quality, whole-person care you deserve—time to listen, regulate, unwind patterns, work the nervous system, and support root-cause healing—I need freedom from insurance rules that limit what I can do in a visit.
This transition allows me to continue practicing in a way that honors your body, your story, and the depth of support that real healing requires.

CHUSA (ChiroHealth USA) allows me to provide predictable, compliant discounted rates for visits.

Superbills are available for patients with out-of-network chiropractic benefits when applicable.
