Fall into Flavor is here
Plus, a new spot as of November 2
As promised, Fall into Flavor is here.
This October, I joined Matt Perry at Top Hat Spice for Context Matters. We talked about flavor, smell, and what happens in your body at the table. The full conversation is now on the website, about 20 minutes, a good fit for a cup of tea. Snippets are coming soon and will be sprinkled on social media throughout the holiday season.
With it is the Sniff Test, a short activity you can do at your kitchen counter with your own spice drawer. It's better with someone next to you.
A new spot as of Nov 2
Starting Monday, I'm seeing patients at the Lee Building in Oregon City. My Oak Grove office is officially closed. The Lee Building is next to Abernathy Chapel and has its own parking lot.

Coming up
The holidays bring families to the same table, which makes them a rare chance to talk about health history. Over the season, I'll share conversation prompts about food, family, and the health stories that get passed down, so you have something to ask when you're together.
