A new chapter, a new address
Sustainable Alignment is moving from Oak Grove to Oregon City
Some news to share! My last day seeing patients at 2190 SE Oak Grove Blvd is Thursday, October 22. My lease ends this month and I've decided not to renew. The practice has grown and changed a lot this year, and it needs a home that fits the work it's becoming. A lot is unfolding behind the scenes, and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you.
While the permanent home comes together, starting Monday, November 2, I'll be seeing patients at:
1300 John Adams St, Oregon City, OR 97045
Sharing space with Trilogy Health PDX (Dr. Rebecca Sanchez)
What to know
- Through October 22: book online as usual at Oak Grove. sustainalign.com/pathways
- Starting November 2: Mondays and Thursdays, 3:30 to 7:30 pm, with online booking at the same link. All care is by appointment only.
- Other times and visit types: some appointments can't be booked online, Mondays may have earlier slots, and an occasional Saturday may open up. Text me and I'll find a time that works.
- About your appointment details: The address in my scheduling system won't update until the last week of October, so an appointment after October 22 may still show Oak Grove Blvd for now. That will be corrected by November 2. Before your visit, I'll send a reminder with the new address, parking instructions, and how to find me in the building. Thank you for bearing with me through this change.

Moving sale
Through Saturday, October 24, all supplements in stock are 25% off. I'd rather they go home with you than into a moving box. Pick them up at your visit, or text me and I'll set them aside.
There are 2-3 filing cabinets that could use a new home. If they might be of interest to you please text me.
Pickup for anything set aside is Friday, October 23, 1 to 6 pm, at the Oak Grove office. If that window doesn't work, text me and we'll find another time.

🌿 Coming up: Fall into Flavor
This month's Context Matters is free and on demand, launching the last week of October. I teamed up with Top Hat Spice (Sellwood and Bend) to show how herbs, spices, and proper salting make everyday meals satisfying, so you finish content instead of searching the pantry for something sweet or crunchy. Watch for it here, on the website, and on Instagram @sustainalign, with more to carry you through the holidays.
