The Deeper Layers

Dr. Stefanie Krupp is a chiropractor and functional nutrition practitioner with a Doctor of Chiropractic and Master's in Applied Clinical Nutrition. She also holds degrees in mathematics and sociolinguistics. She has worked in health informatics, quality improvement, and healthcare technology for nearly a decade, including state and local public health roles in Oregon. She founded Sustainable Alignment in December 2023 and now practices in Milwaukie, Oregon, where she built the Health Ownership Model, a framework for helping patients move from confusion and symptom management toward real, lasting ownership of their own health. She writes this blog to share what she is learning as both clinician, patient, business owner, and friend.
