Those ions interact with voltage-gated channels in your cells, mobilizing toxins that have accumulated over time. Some elimination occurs through the feet during the session. The more significant effect happens in the days following: one 30-minute session has been shown to produce an average 108% increase in heavy metal excretion through urine in the five days after.
