I specialize in releasing and healing root causes of bodily stress, trauma, and injury. I use a variety of treatments, including chiropractic (force and non-force), nutrition, rehab, soft tissue work, energy, and wellness protocols. These treatments improve your musculoskeletal system function and your overall sense of wellbeing.
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, I found my calling in the chiropractic profession after a Chiropractor helped my ongoing pain from athletic injuries and a car accident. My medical providers up until that point seemed to think I would have to live in pain. Luckily that was not the case. Chronic neck, low back, and knee pain disappeared and helped improve my quality of life. I knew I had to do this work to help others experience the same relief.
I graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2010 with a doctorate in chiropractic and a master’s in nutrition. I practiced on the East Coast for a couple years before taking a clinical faculty position at Texas Chiropractic College. There I was able to teach the next generation of chiropractors a strong foundation of clinical skills. I relocated to Portland in 2014 to work at the University of Western States and have worked in public health and healthcare in Portland since then. I have a true passion for providing comprehensive and holistic care using a very individualized approach.
