What to Bring
For your first visit, please be sure to have your driver's license or other photo ID. If you have recent lab work or diagnostic imaging, it is also helpful if you bring printed copies or have digital copies we can upload into your medical chart. It is also helpful to have your health insurance card on hand or motor vehicle insurance information if needed to help coordinate care depending on your situation.
Please wear stretchy clothing to your chiropractic visits whenever possible. This helps ensure your comfort and full range of motion for your joints.
What to Expect
Your Wellness Journey
Your first one to two visits are intentionally designed to establish a clear, informed foundation for care. These visits allow me to thoroughly understand your health history, movement patterns, stressors, and the ways your body has adapted over time.
Rather than rushing into care, we take the time to listen closely to what your nervous system and structure are communicating. This depth allows me to make thoughtful clinical decisions and guide you with clarity, safety, and purpose.
Care may include gentle chiropractic techniques, nervous-system–informed support, and movement or self-care guidance. From this foundation, we outline a care plan that prioritizes long-term stability and meaningful change rather than short-term relief alone.
Before your first visit, you’ll receive online intake forms to complete in advance so our time together can be focused and intentional.
Initial visits typically last 75–120 minutes to allow for this level of assessment and care. Follow-up visits are usually 25–30 minutes, with longer sessions scheduled when appropriate based on your needs and care goals.
